✕！！描けないキャラクター：筋肉質、男性、老人、過度なグロテスク表現、センシティブすぎる内容（NSFW）、私の作風では表現が難しいキャラクターなど。作品の著作権はすべて私に帰属し、一切の違反行為（加筆、改変、無断AI学習、転売、譲渡時に利益が得られない場合でも描いたキャラクターを販売すること、模倣、トレース、コピー、盗作など）は固く禁じます。上記の利用規約に違反された場合、ブラックリストに登録され、今後私とお仕事ができなくなり、購入した私の作品やモデルを使用する権利も失いますのでご了承ください。購入者が取得した作品の権利はすべて私が保持します。購入者が持つ権利は[使用権]のみです。必ずご理解ください。問題が発生した場合はご連絡ください。問題になる前に友好的に話し合い、円満な解決にご協力ください。私は日本人アーティストですので、日本のアーティストの法的基準と著作権に従って作品を制作しています。ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
